Equipment Hire System
The HiTRACK Equipment Hire and Order Processing System has been
designed specifically for companies supplying Hire Equipment and Plant to both the Trade
and General Public. The system consists of a fully integrated suite of modules providing
an extremely flexible and cost-effective package capable of controlling and monitoring the
movements, costs and revenues of a wide range of hire equipment, plant and consumable
extras.

The system is based upon an Asset Register which records detailed
plant/equipment information including original purchase, depreciation, revenue and cost
details. Each plant item is assigned to an asset group for quick and easy entry of
new/additional items.
The System Diary is used to schedule, record and monitor all hire
agreements/orders as well as controlling repair schedules etc. Technician/Plant operator
schedules are also maintained by the diary system enabling these to be assigned to a
particular plant or equipment item.
Customer Enquiries, Quotations and Orders are dealt with
quickly and efficiently with all paperwork and analysis being produced by the system. The
system is designed to promp the Order Clerk with suggested consumables/extras relative to
the hire item, thereby maximising all sales.

We supply a range of Open Systems products including PC's, Network Servers, Peripherals and Communications Equipment from Leading
Brand Suppliers to a wide ranging user base.
Software
