which are available to all users.
We have
made substantial investments in ensuring that our engineering and support staff
are trained to the highest standards. In addition we encourage our staff to take
an active role in understanding our customers' requirements and consequently the
effect on their business in the event of a failure or malfunction of their
system.
We have developed a range of hardware engineering and support
services which can be tailored to the requirements of the individual user or
installation, including:
Comprehensive Hardware Maintenance Service incorporating:
- Remote
Diagnostics of all reported problems with guaranteed 2 hour response times
- On-Site
engineering support with guaranteed 8 hour response time
- Optional
upgrade to 4 hour on-site response
- Cover
for all parts replaced due to faulty workmanship or general wear and tear
- Provision
of all loan equipment in the event of off-site repairs being necessitated
- Free
Consultancy Service relating to Back-up and Recovery procedures
Standard Hardware Maintenance Service incorporating:
- Remote
Diagnostics of all reported problems with guaranteed 2 hour response times
- On-Site
engineering support with guaranteed response times (subject to fixed rate
call-out charge)
- Cover
for all parts replaced due to faulty workmanship or general wear and tear
- Provision
of 'System Critical' loan equipment in the event of off-site repairs being
necessitated
- Discounted
Consultancy rates (50%) relating to Back-up and Recovery procedures
Warranty Upgrade Service incorporating:
- Upgrade
to Standard Maintenance Service at competitive rates
Upgrade to Comprehensive Maintenance Service at
competitive rates
